Dubai court services for documents mean the notary work that Dubai Courts regulates: powers of attorney, signature authentication, affidavits and similar acts. We do this work for you in person, online or at home. Our in-house notary public at our Business Bay office handles the notarisation.
WhatsApp or call +971 52 947 5935, 24/7, and tell us which document you need.

Dubai Courts Contact: Phone, Call Centre and Email
Many people search for the Dubai Courts number, the Dubai Courts toll free number or the call centre number. We do not list those numbers here, because they can change. Our guide to how to reach Dubai Courts has the contact routes for customer care.
If your question is about a notarised document, you can also contact us directly. We will tell you whether the document needs Dubai Courts, a private notary or another step first.

Send us your question
Tell us the document, who signs it and where it will be used. We reply with the route, the list of what to bring and your price.
What to Bring
What to Bring
- Your Emirates ID or passport, original.
- The document, or the details we need to draft it.
- The name and ID details of the other party, if there is one.
- For a foreign document, the attestation chain it already has.
- A clear note of where the document will be used.
How It Works With Us
Message us on WhatsApp with the document and where it will be used.
We draft the document in Arabic and English where it needs both.
You choose in person at Business Bay, online, or a home visit.
Our in-house notary public notarises it, and we hand it to you.
If it goes abroad or to another authority, we tell you the next attestation step.

Watch for
Mistakes to Avoid
- Signing before the appointment. A notary needs to see you sign.
- Leaving blank fields in the document.
- Bringing a copy when the original is needed.
- Using a foreign document without its attestation chain. The UAE is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, so a foreign document is attested in the issuing country and then by MOFAIC in the UAE.
- Assuming a power of attorney expires on a fixed date. There is no general legal validity period; the term is whatever the document says.

How we help
How We Help
We draft your POA in Arabic and English, our in-house notary public notarises it, and we hand it to you. You can sign at our Business Bay office, in an online session, or at home. We answer on WhatsApp 24/7.
If you want remote notarisation through the government, the UAE Ministry of Justice runs the E-Notary System. That is a separate government service and not ours.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get a NOC from a Dubai court?
The right route depends on why you need the NOC and who will receive it. For child sponsorship or child travel consent, we prepare the NOC from AED 1,200 and our in-house notary public notarises it. Tell us the purpose and the authority that asked for it, and we will confirm the steps.
How much do notary services cost in Dubai?
It depends on the document. The federal fee for notarising a power of attorney is AED 100 per party, and AED 130 through a private notary on the federal schedule. Our fee for a power of attorney starts from AED 1,500, with government fees at cost. See the cost table above.
Is there a Dubai courts phone number for notary questions?
Dubai Courts publishes its own contact channels, and they can change. Our guide to Dubai Courts customer care explains how to reach them. For a document question, you can also WhatsApp us on +971 52 947 5935.
Can I get a document notarised online?

Do I have to go to a court building?
Not with us. You can sign in person at our Business Bay office, online, or at home. A home visit is quoted on request.
