We offer in person, online and home visit notary public services, 24/7. We draft the documents that our in-house notary public notarises, above all powers of attorney for court and legal matters, and the personal documents that a court, an embassy or an immigration office asks for. We also write plain guides to how the Dubai Courts notary works.

Our way of working
We start from the office that will read the document.
A POA for a court case, a NOC for a visa and a declaration for a foreign tax office each have a different reader. We draft to what that reader needs.

When our pages state a law, a fee or a rule, they name it and link to it: the Dubai notary law, the federal fee schedule, the Civil Transactions Law, the MOFAIC fee list. If a figure is not in an official source, we do not publish it.

Some POAs can be done through the Ministry of Justice digital service. Some forms only need a signature. If the person who must sign will not, we say that a notary cannot help and explain the court route, rather than preparing a document that will be refused.
